I have had Healthy Paws Insurance for my dog since we got her over 7 years ago. I find their website to be super easy to use, their response time is great and they pay claims very timely. Highly recommend.

Great experience with a dog with cancer
My dog was diagnosed with cancer in November. Initially Healthy Paws thought his tumor was a pre existing condition and was not going to cover his treatment. My veterinarian submitted a letter to them explaining that it was a new development, and that was all Healthy Paws needed to cover his treatment. They have covered everything that I have submitted, and there is no doubt that I would have had to say no to some of his treatment had I not had insurance. Submissions for reimbursement are simple, just attaching an invoice, and their explanation of benefits always make sense. Excellent company and would recommend highly.
