Never ever had a claim issue fir my pooch! Reimbursement is very quick. Questions are always answered in a timely manner. I don't ever have to worry about Nikko not getting the care that he needs because it's not affordable. Majority of my friends a pet owners and I highly recommend MetLife to them.

I shouldn't have to resubmit the dr.s papers several times. I also should not have my vets office submit their paperwork several times either.

This company is AWFUL
This company is AWFUL. They do not care about your pets wellness. Once my dog turned 9, they decided to add almost 100 dollars more to the premium because she is a “senior” who is otherwise healthy. They do not have customer service support managers. The only individuals you can call do not have full information and cannot full assist you. If you truly love your pets, you will avoid this company at all costs. Your fur babies deserve better!! Updated: I attempted twice for management to call me, was told it would take twenty fours and they did not attempt once. I will not make any additional call to this company as I attempted to resolve this months ago and was ignored.

Healthy paws has been great paying for everything that my girl has needed. I do pay more for them than other companies but they cover all her physical therapy etc. Our premium jumped drastically this year due to turning 8, and they also dropped my reimbursement level and increased our deductible but I’m still sticking with them because they pay for so much and reimburse me quickly, often the next day!

reimbursement of heart worm meds
trying to get reimbursed for sempirica trio. a shipment i get every 6 months. you can (and likely do) track that. I submitted my invoice to get reimbursed, but the invoice did not show the item had yet shipped (it did later that day, but their system generated the invoice first). so you wouldn't pay it until i found proof of shipment. for regular cycles of drugs that are easily forecastable (and equally easy to see if there was a fraud - too frequent a request for heart worm meds), you shouldn't need that level of proof and cause me a 2nd time getting into the the system.
