Barron's Dad
"Somehow my dog got into poison or toxin and became very sick. The vet performed lab work and a regiment of liver recover vitamins and other prescription meds with follow up exam and labs. He is healthy and happy again. Pets Best covered almost everything after the deductible was met. The process was very easy, fast and simple, in my opinion. The refund went directly into my bank account. I recommend Pests Best to everyone. Thank you so much. Barron's dad. "

Worst Pet Insurance
I have had Metlife Pet Insurance for about 2 years. They have declined every single claims finding innovative ways to decline coverage. I have followed up multiple times and till date have not received a clear explanation on why the claims were rejected.

Denied my claim
I am contemplating moving my policies if all 3 of y dogs as y golden retrievers claim was denied due to them saying it’s routine care. This is a chronic problem my vet and I are trying to remedy. It is not routine care. And they they said the medication is not on their “list” so at this point everything has been denied including the testing. No point in having it if they deny everything. So disappointed

Willow’s Homecoming: A Story of Trust, Tenderness, and True Support
When I first laid eyes on Willow, she was an 18-month-old Chiweenie—abandoned, uncertain, and weighing just 11.8 pounds. Her eyes held a quiet mix of fear and hope, and though she was apprehensive when I arrived to take her home, something in her spirit told me she was ready for a new beginning. The SPCA had spayed her while she was still in heat, which made her recovery a bit slower than usual. But I was there every step of the way, reassuring her that she was safe now. I took her to our trusted family vet—someone I’ve relied on for over 11 years—for a full wellness exam, suture removal, microchipping, and her leptospirosis vaccination. No hospital stays, no emergencies—just a gentle transition into a life she’d never known before. Willow didn’t just settle in—she flourished. With each passing day, she grew more confident, more playful, and more affectionate. She now weighs a healthy 17 pounds and greets each morning with excitement and joy. She knows she’s home. She knows she’s loved. Throughout this journey, Pets Best was there—not because of a crisis, but because they understand that every step in a pet’s life matters. Their claim process was smooth, transparent, and refreshingly human. I submitted everything from Willow’s initial vet visit, and they handled it with care and efficiency. It wasn’t just about reimbursement—it was about reassurance. Knowing I had their support allowed me to focus entirely on Willow’s comfort and transition. Pets Best didn’t just cover a claim—they helped affirm that Willow’s new life was off to the right start. Their compassion and professionalism made me feel like I wasn’t alone in this journey, and for that, I’m truly grateful. Today, Willow is thriving—chasing squirrels, curling up beside me after long shifts, and reminding me daily that love, patience, and a little help can transform a life. She’s not just a rescue. She’s family.

Great customer service
"I have had Pets Best insurance for 3 years now and they never disappoint. When it looks like the claim might take more time, they email me to let me know. That is greatly appreciated. I will continue to recommend Pets Best to all who inquire. "

Horrible expericence every time I place a claim in
The employees lie about receiving documents to delay or reject claims. The customer service employees are extremely rude and will hang up on you. The company is extremely slow at paying out claims and processing claims, tho claim "they are the fastest", I have over 8 years from a different pet insurance company proving they are not the fastest. They make everything so difficult and problematic. They are liars and I would never recommend anyone to sign up for Pets Best for pet insurance. They are a disgrace and disappointment!!!

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance
I wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve been a loyal Healthy Paws customer for 13 and a half years—since the day I brought my puppy Bellah home. Over the years, I’ve paid thousands of dollars into this policy with the trust and belief that when the time came—especially in her final stages of life—Healthy Paws would be there for us. Instead, with no prior notice, Bellah’s monthly premium has been raised from $250 to nearly $800. At nearly 14 years old, with limited time left, my dog is being priced out of her coverage when she needs it most. I’ve called. I’ve waited. I’ve been hung up on. I’ve sat on hold for hours, only to speak to customer service reps who are either powerless or unwilling to help. Not a single person has shown any compassion or even attempted to work with me. I wasn’t expecting a miracle—but I did expect humanity. Bellah is not just a pet—she is family. And now, in what should be her most peaceful time, she is being made into a financial burden. After over a decade of loyalty, this is the treatment we’ve received: silence, indifference, and a quadrupled premium. Healthy Paws, this is not how we honor the animals who have given us their unconditional love. This is not dignity. This is not care. This is not right.
