Having a representative who can not only make me feel like a member of a family but also promptly find solutions to my concerns makes for an amazing customer service experience . Mass removal claim
I submitted a claim which was based on different services. Pets Best really analyzed the claim and approved payment for the part I had coverage for. They explained each of their response. The process was not fast but I was satisfied with the result.
