You guys are wonderful! The claims process is super easy, coverage is great, and you care about the pets. We appreciate the check-in to see how he is doing after an appointment. We even got a very sweet sympathy card after our last pup died. We will never have pet insurance with anyone else!

Great coverage without any games when it comes time to pay on claims
You always process the claims promptly and always pay what you are supposed to pay. There aren't denials of claims due to some small print exclusion in the policy. The policy works as advertised and I am very satisfied.

Without a doubt, Nationwide Pet is the best pet insurance on the market.
Nationwide Pet is a wonderful insurance product. The plan I have pays 90% of claims after a $250 deductible. There are very few restrictions in what is covered. The payouts are done quickly. I recently had a health issue with our Pug which required approx. $2500 in vet bills. Without Nationwide Pet, we would have had to make tough decisions on what we could afford for treatment. The removal of stress not having to worry about these type of decisions is worth every penny. If you need to speak with the customer service team (which I did), you will find them super helpful and caring.

Such a comfort having this Insurance
My 1 year old Konerko was throwing up, had diarrhea and was lethargic and not acting like his usual kitten self. Took him immediately to the vet, as kittens "eat" everything in site, he had x-rays, all good, he was dehydrated and was given medication for the throwing up. He is doing great and it's such a relief to know I have Nationwide Insurance when it comes to situations like this. Kittens will be kittens and you never know!

Never knew how much I would appreciate having pet insurance!
Our 2 1/2 year old golden retriever LOVES to retrieve. She is very intense when retrieving; which usually isn't a bad thing. Until one evening she was so intense that she cut her foot on our wooden deck pushing off to retrieve her dummy. Unfortunately, she spent roughly 8-10 days in the hospital, had stitches 2 separate occasions, and medication to prevent infection. Because we had Nationwide Insurance, 90% of our cost was reimbursed in a very timely manner. We LOVE our friends at Nationwide!!
