This insurance is a blessing.
This insurance is so prompt to deal with claims! They also communicate clearly and promptly as well. We have had other insurance for our pets. Only Trupanion from now on!!!!

I'm glad we got Nationwide Pet Insurance for our dog
We adopted a puppy (terrier mix) from a rescue. I researched online and decided to sign up for Nationwide on the Wellness Plan. Later on, we found out our dog had a condition that required expensive surgery. I submitted the claim and it took about 1+ month for review (after our deductible, submitting history record). Finally, we received news surgery is covered by our policy and we received reimbursement and are so relieved!

So Easy To File The Claim and Very Quick To Respond And Pay
Nationwide made it extremely easy to file our claim, they responded very quickly...and then paid the claim in a very timely manner. It was easy to do and their help took a big load off of our minds as we anxiously waited for the results from our dog's surgery.

Easy and Helpful!
When I adopted my Cairn Terrier puppy, I got this insurance and boy did it come in handy! Like children, you never want to take a chance with your puppy's health and with Nationwide being on my side (lol) I was able to focus my attention and concern on my puppy's needs and health! And most importantly not stress about the bill I would be receiving at the vet! Whenever I call they've always be eager to help and very kind. With every claim I submitted, I received a response back in a couple days and it resolved usually within less than two weeks!

We are very thankful to be able to have this insurance for out pets.
We have had many cats and dogs and have had VPI/Nationwide insurance for them for the past 20 plus years. It has saved us many times. I love knowing that if something happens to one of them, we can go any where to the best doctor without having to worry not being able to afford it. Filing a claim is very easy and you can track the progress online. I am a dog trainer and recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance to all my classes and clients.

We have always liked the trupanion security.
We have always liked the trupanion security. Staff have always been great. Only issue is increases in rates and decreases in coverage over the years.

I liked having Trupanion for insurance for Kiara.
I liked having Trupanion for insurance for Kiara. What I didn’t like at all was that I was lied to normalize times by a number of Trupanion employees regarding the cost of Kiara’s insurance. Because when Kiara was signed up with Trupanion we were supposed to have a discount because I work in the veterinary industry. And every time I call I would always ask and question about that discount and I was always told that it was applied. Then I found out that it wasn’t applied. And when I had it looked into no one could explain what happened

Great people and very responsible! Thanks! After a hit by car my dog “Bruno” survived and all payments responsibility paid in time. Our family are totally convinced without insurance wouldn’t be possible to save Bruno’s life, one year old I thought never happened to my dog but unfortunately did happen.
