just on the fence about cancelling the insurance for Sadie. not happy about the new deductable for sadie's existing injury. I decrease her insurance monthly cost but wasnt aware of all the details surrounding since I had not received any communication about this.

Right now I have submitted 3 claims for my dog.
Right now I have submitted 3 claims for my dog. So far so good with the response time and processing of the claims. I wish that I was able to submit the invoice and claim form together through your web site. It is my understanding that a claim form needs to be emailed for each invoice the my dog incurrs.

I love Trupanion! Even without coverage for Wellness, this is the very best coverage out there. Quick repayments! I had a pet in previous years and didn’t have this company. I could not afford surgery to help him 😢 nothing was going to get in my of helping my next pet. Make sure to pick up a plan “ASAP” when you bring your pet home. That way there is no pre-existing Thank you Trupanion !
