Trupanion is the best pet insurance out there. I spent days researching all the options and we are very happy we chose Trupanion
Trupanion pet insurance is honestly the best out there. We have been pleased every time we need to use it. The trupanion express is fast and convenient and we pay our 10% at checkout without having the hassle of paying the entire bill then sending it in and waiting to be reimbursed. I only have positive things to say about Trupanion as they have never let us down. The relief just knowing our dog will never be denied a vet visit due to not being able to afford the vet visit or treatment is such a relief. After all our fur babies are family and they deserve the best.

Fast and easy claim settlement.
We've had this pet insurance for years and never had to use it until now. Our dog Deacon had a fatty mass in the arm pit area that was growing quite large. The vet recommended we have it removed because of the location of the mass. The vet submitted all the estimates and Embrace got back to us immediately and covered just about everything. After the test, blood work and procedure we received reimbursement from Embrace very quickly. Very happy. Very impressed.

Would like to see online claims determined faster
Would like to see online claims determined faster than having to wait a week or so. Vet clinics get an answer immediately but us co pay clients have to wait for a week or so and when out of pocket it can get costly.

This was an unplanned surgery for my dog that had a cyst on her head. It was recommended that we were move it and the cost was very endearing. I was not sure how I was going to pay for this, but the submission process went well and the payment reimbursement came to me easily and within a fast time frame. very pleased with this service

I have had all of my dogs covered with Trupanion for the past 7 years. I currently have 6 dogs and 3 of them are always healthy but the other 3 have had health issues that I could have never afforded to treat without having insurance. Trupanion pays quickly so no waiting forever to get your money. Filing the claim is simple. Every time that I am in a waiting room at the veterinarian I am telling people about this company. You really can't afford not to have it!

Figo did a (almost) 360
So earlier today I left a not so good review of Figo based on the problems I'd been having accessing their claims portal off of the Figo site. WHEN I was finally able to access it, and uploaded my claim doc, my claim was processed and approved in lightning speed! I hope this was not because of all of the noise I'd been making to their Customer Support folks I'd been chatting with off of their Facebook page, or the messenger message I sent to the company CEO. But they sure did redeem themselves very quickly! I just hope that if (when) I have another claim, I can reach the mypetcloud.com site, because at the moment, I once again cannot :(

A reliable, awesome company with great communication
Embrace is the best! Fast friendly, dependable service. They do what they promise, and don't find excuses not to pay when you have a claim. They are also excellent at communication. I recommend them to everyone I know! Recently I overheard the vet tech telling a client that one of their other clients uses Embrace, and they love it. I said, that's me! Or maybe it's not just me! Thank you Embrace, for living up to the high recommendations I heard about you.
