Abby was very helpful and friendly.
Abby was very helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable. I haven't submitted the claim we were talking about yet, so I'm not sure if the issue will be resolved as I was advised it would be. I've always appreciated how easy it is to make a claim, and how quickly I get reimbursed. I just wish the premiums wouldn't jump as much as they do, and that is why I hesitate to recommend any pet insurance to friends, however, Trupanion would be the one I would recommend if I do feel they'll benefit.

I can't thank Trupanion enough for their service! My 3 1/2 year old Newfoundland, Sulley, has already had over $20,000 in claims and they quickly preapproved his upcoming surgery to take a little bit of the worry away. I highly recommend them to everyone I know!

My dogs ear infection is not an old infection. His old infection cleared with medication. It should be covered. Also, I bought this insurance because I was told you paid claims same day. That is not the case, very disappointed.

My claim is still pending because of this.
I know it's not anyone's fault of the number of people who are sick over there, but it's pretty inconvenient that my claim is still pending because of this. I hope this issue is resolved the best way possible.

I had never filed a claim using this type of insurance and after speaking with Alyssa, I feel much more confident that we made a good choice, insuring with Trupanion. Results of the claim are yet to be decided and that will be the ultimate determining factor on whether I recommend Trupanion to friends and lovers of furry family members. At this point however, I can report that Alyssa was professional, compassionate and did a great job giving my wife and I confidence that we made the right decision by choosing Trupanion.
