Pets Best has always been very easy and friendly to work with. Our dog has a degenerative disease and they have been amazing at processing any and all claims quickly and when extra information was needed they reached out via email and phone. I highly recommend Pets Best!

I really like the recent upgrade
I really like the recent upgrade which allows the Veterinary Office to electronically submit the claim on my behalf. I knew none of the submitted charges would be covered but the Vet Office staff wanted to submit it anyway just to see how it worked, etc. All of us involved with testing this feature are very excited about having this option.
