Wonderful service and outstanding compassion and care
Our Akita hurt his back leg while paying and we had to two different sets of x-rays to diagnose the problem, finding out that Teddy will probably need surgery to repair the cruciate ligament. Reimbursement for the costs was very simple. The was when I received a call from a representative at ASPCA Pet Insurance letting me know the reimbursement was authorized and was asked how Teddy was doing, checking up on him.

Great Service and very prompt
Nationwide has been great in providing pet insurance to our cat. They are very transparent with their services and have had minimal issues with this insurance company. They notify you when they have received their claim, they notify you when you get reimbursed and they even show you how they got to their reimbursement amount. I've only had a few questions here and there, but their customer service reps were quick to help out and provided ease of mind. I am very happy with our choice for pet insurance.

Amazing
Healthy Paws has been nothing short of amazing. My baby girl needed all sorts of diagnostic testing done due to fever of unknown origin and major tummy issues due to a chronic condition. Healthy paws has been there for us the whole way. Highly recommended.

I Couldn't be any more pleased with Embrace
We have been with Embrace for about a year and a half, Fortunately we have only had a minor claim for one of our dogs. The claim was covered. The important thing I want to say is that every communication we have had with Embrace has been taken care of quickly. The Pet Portal is absolutely wonderful and well done! I have to chuckle with the 'Space Dog'. There is never any site confusion, which says a lot, as I used to be a programmer for robotics. I love Embrace! 10/10

Would never have had the IBD diagnosis on our 10 month old puppy without this insurance. Without proper testing, it was assumed not probable because of her age. Thanks to Pets Best we have caught it early and can manage it from a mild to moderate inflammation instead of a year from now when it had become worse and possibly not manageable at all. Thank You!

One of my best decisions
One of the best decision I ever made. I'm so glad I went with Trupanion when we got Jax 5 years ago. No one ever knows if they will need this or not and in my case we did with Jax. He has allergies and issues with his liver. I have been submitting my vet claims monthly for Jax's prescriptions and different tests on his liver and Trupanion has been there on every claim. I would highly recommend them to any one that has a pet or going to get one.
