I have been satisfied in every regard in my association with Trupanion. EXCEPT THE CONSTANT INCREASE IN MY PREMIUM. I am told that has nothing to do with dog's increasing age but as a retired senior it is difficult. HOWEVER, MY CLAIMS HAVE BEEN TREATED FAIRLY...IT HAS HELPED IMMENSELY AND I WILL INSURE MY NEXT DOG TOO.

I love the Express claims process so that I only have to pay my portion right then and there; rather than reimbursement. Furthermore, I love that my vet deals with the billing and claims so that once again I don't have to deal with any paperwork.
