As usual, the claim was handled promptly and efficiently with a payment received within 10 days. This was a simple claim for an annual check up and shots, but I'm sure a more complicated claim would have been handled the same!

Claims experience is good
Claims experience is good with the exception of having to satisfy deductibles for everything It seems. The other complaint I have is that my payment has increased every year since I signed up which I was told wouldn't happen when I gave my business to Trupanion....afraid to go to the vet as Trupanion will raise my rate next year....and she isn't even 3 yet!
