Pets Best has been such a wonderful company to deal with. Although these last claims were extremely sad to file because we lost our beloved dog Mattie, Pets Best made it as easy as possible, including automatic cancellation of Mattie's policy as of a day after her death and notice of refund for the inapplicable dates. Thank you! We'll be back to Pets Best when we are ready to get another dog.

Pets Best is awesome.
I have 7 pets and they are all covered by Pets Best Insurance. Recently my 13 year old dog Suki was diagnosed with liver cancer. She had surgery to remove a very large mass and almost didn't make it. I am devastated, but hopeful that the chemo she is on will prolong her life. Pets Best is awesome and has not denied any of my requests from the surgery to all of the charges for the chemo meds and her Oncology appointments. Pets Best makes it easy to decide whether life saving treatments can be afforded when a decision on your pets care has to be made. I tell everyone that has pets, especially puppies and kittens to get Pets Best. The claims submittal process is so easy and if you need assistance the staff is so wonderful and helpful.
