Veterinarian submits claims
I decided to buy insurance on Gus when he was a few weeks old because I didn't want to not be able to give him the best veterinarian care if a problem occurred. Although this is only the second claim I've been reimbursed I hope to be covered if he needs major care in the future. I always have my veterinarian to submit whenever Gus has a visit. It's very simple process thank you!

I tell everyone about Pets Best!
R. Henry was rushed to the Emergency Hospital and admitted for 3 days which turned out to be Pancreatitis. Between the hospital bill and his primary Vet bill it was $1550.00, Thanks to Pet's best all I was responsible to pay was $160.00!! Your mobile app is really great and makes filing easy. I filed the costs to end my pet's battle with cancer, euthanization. I honestly didn't know if any part was covered so I was relieved when I learned some was covered.

Takes less than a minute to submit a claim.
When my pet goes to the vet, as soon as I get home I login to pets best and fill out my claim form. Now that my vet sends an electronic invoice, I attach it to the claim and hit send. It takes less than a minute. I don't think it could be any easier.
