Don't trust them - Total con! They just steal from you.
Total con. I was basically stolen more money than "given" for claim. The policy I picked said it covered spay/neuter. I got $150. What? Should have just kept the $1,000 I gave them in a savings account to cover everything that they wouldn't. They wouldn't even cover the cone for after surgery. $150 was nothing. Didn't even pay for her flea/tick and heartworm meds. Why pay for this when you get nothing from them?

ASPCA is awesome!
ASPCA provides best coverage at same or lower price than others. They do not hassle you when you file a claim. All claims are processed quickly. They customer service is great. They actually care about your pets. They call to see how your pet is doing after a claim has been filed. I recommend ASPCA to everyone.

Healthy Paws is unsurpassed for friendly service and prompt reimbursement!
We decided to try Healthy Paws in late 2015, when we adopted a rescue dog who had lost one of her legs in a tragic mauling. She subsequently developed some serious health conditions--inflammatory bowel disease, mast cell tumors, and, most recently, encephalitis. Healthy Paws has responded to all of our claims with friendly service and prompt reimbursement. Because of their superior coverage, we have been able to provide Phoebe with the treatment and monitoring she needs. She is thriving, despite her challenges! Healthy Paws has won our loyalty as serial rescuers.

The best I could have ever chose!
As a new pet owner honestly I was hesitant on which insurance company to chose. I did my research, read reviews and was referred to Figo. Figo has been VERY VERY understanding and efficient! My puppy was injured a couple of times and it was costly. When I filed my first claim I thought it was going to be a hassle, but Figo made it so easy! The reimbursement was quick! I'm glad I chose Figo!

Long time customer; highly recommend
Always offering the best pet insurance coverage. Processing of claims has gotten much slower than it used to be. Claims used to be processed within 2 weeks, now it’s taking a month or longer. Regardless, the claims are getting processed, my dogs are getting the services they need!

Best pet insurance I ever had, fast and convenient claim process. Our dog Haley got cancer and I am so happy with the support from Figo, at least I don't have to think about the cost when doing whats best for our baby.
