Very impressed
Honestly, we were thinking about cancelling this insurance a few years ago because we received only $5 from a claim that should have been handled - however with our current situation with our dog, we've not only heard back so quickly but the money came into our bank account instantly as well. Very impressed.

Not very positive
My experience with Trupanion has not been very positive. The previous owners of my pet were registered with Trupanion and imagine my surprise when a visit to the vet was not accepted because it was a pre-existing problem. Same dog, same Trupanion. I really don't understand!
