A little disappointed with covering only 90% and never covering routine stuff. At this point it s not really financially viable anymore..

Reassured in the claims process
My cat needed to go to the vet for a kidney stone, throwing up, etc. last minute. After taking her, I was able to file the claim extremely easy. First I printed out the documents to fill out, but then realized I did not even need to do that. I just needed the bill and that was it. I did not expect for the claims to be processed as quickly as it was, it took about a day. Overall, I am extremely Reassured considering all the negative reviews I have read about people not being reimbursed reassured considering all the negative reviews I have read about people not being reimbursed

Everything was quick and easy
In a time that was super stressful, my dog having to go to the hospital because she ate something she wasn't supposed to, was made easy with PetsBest. Everything was quick and easy, I just logged in, uploaded the invoice from the hospital, and not long after we received the check in the mail. It couldn't have been smoother. It's also nice to know that we didn't have to stress about the money we were spending to help our pet. Thank you PetsBest. I wish there were a few more days to file an accident claim. With everything being so chaotic, it could be easy to miss the date.

Pets Best is the best insurance
We had a huge bill due to the fact that our Great Dane Piper got injured and had to spend several days at our CARE emergency pet clinic. Pet's Best processed our claim without any undue problems. I still feel that after several years of covering our Pets, Pets Best Health Insurance is the best we have ever dealt with.

I recommend Trupanion to my pet-owning friends all the time. Having coverage through Trupanion brought great peace of mind throughout my dog s life and especially once serious medical issues arose. The best pet insurance there is
I love nationwide pet insurance. Nationwide is the only pet insurance that allows for wellness checks, non emergency vet visits, and yearly shots. I love that no matter why I have to take my baby to the vet that he is covered. Customer service is amazing, they always reply to emails within 48 hours, they check in on my baby to make sure he is okay after going to the vet. I love that I can speak with a vet anytime of the day. I think nationwide pet insurance is a must have for any pet owner.
