Trupanion pays claims. It s that simple, no big arguments, just service as described. I have not had this experience with any other Pet coverage. Also, you hire great call center reps who don t make me dread calling.

I was quite disappointed
I was quite disappointed in the judgment made that conjunctivitis was a pre-existing condition because our dog had had another case one month prior to us signing up for insurance--this undermined our confidence that claims would be handled in a reasonable way in the future.

Very impressed
