We are extremely thankful for Embrace Pet Insurance
I got my French Bulldog Sadie at the age of 3 in October 2018. My French Bulldog Bentley now 2 1/2 has had Embrace since he was a puppy. I added Sadie to Bentley’s policy. Sadie went to a Veternary Specialist Hospital in November 2018 to have Spay and upper airway surgery. She was released the next day but we had to take her back 2 days later for not eating, lethargic and reguritating. The unthinkable had happen. She was diagnosed with aspiration pneumonia and esopagitis from surgery and anesthesia. She was hospitalized for pneumonia for 5 days. She had to be readmitted again the next night. for 4 more days. I was an emotional wreak. Sadie is home now and is doing well. I thank Gad and Embrace. Embrace paid her airway surgery claim and all her claims for the aspiration pneumonia hospitalization.

Still waiting for remebusmement
Took my dog to the vet on November 17 and I'm still waiting for remebusmement. So far I'm not impressed with this insurance company and I'm seriously considering canceling the insurance.

Overall outstanding pet insurance and service!
Our dog needed eye surgery for melanocytoma/melanoma. The whole procedure including pre-checks came close to 4,000 dollars... Healthypaws approved with no questions asked within a few days - remarkable! We are so grateful for the speedy review and the reimbursement of the costs as per contract. Super friendly service on the phone, and they even checked by email afterwards how things were going. It's a huge relief for pet ‘parents’ to have such a great insurance and not having to think about something horrible. Highly recommended!

I have had pets best for six or eight years on Chester and I have been completely satisfied. The customer service is great and the claims were done quickly. I will most likely use pets best again when I acquire another animal.

Absolutely wonderful.
Absolutely wonderful. My dog had a herniated disk in her neck and had to have surgery. It was peace of mind not worrying how I was going to pay for it. The claim process was a breeze and I received payment within days. I tell everyone how great Pet's Best is.
