Trupanion is okay.
Trupanion is okay. Too many restrictions after the fact. I'd rather pay a bit extra to have fees covered like taxes and exam fees. Emergency fees should be covered. Point blank. At least the left over balance of an emergency fee should be covered after the typical 65 exam fee.

It was very easy
It was very easy to file a claim and your customer service (no matter who I talked to) always very friendly and accommodating. The only thing why it is not a 10 is because of the deductible - it is per condition
