Her answer was clear and concise
Her answer was clear and concise and in no way trying to figure out a way not to cover Ruby's injuries. The fact that you cover the operation in the US is a huge factor for someone who lives in Windsor with this operation cannot be performed. This is a major reason I would recommend trupanion
