The easiest, no hassle process ever! Bean & Lucy needed their shots and flea treatment. I took them to the vet, submitted the invoices/receipt and received payment within a few short days!

I've only submitted one claim
I've only submitted one claim, for a dental with extractions, and it was denied because our vet saw dental disease before we had insurance. The pre-existing condition stipulation stinks, especially for shelter cats who often come with medical issues. I've realized that insurance is probably worth having, but really only for emergencies.
