Trupanion made it less stressful
Bought my dog to emergency clinic because she was having seizures. Knowing I had pet insurance took a bit of stress out of stressful situation, and my dog was able to receive the best care. When paying the receptionist was able to very quickly confirm my insurance and submit a claim.

Enjoy talking to Trupanion support
Enjoy talking to Trupanion support on phone. didn't realize vet wasn't fallowing up with Trupanion and after a year of wondering call and found out vet hadn t communicated with them. They let me put in old claim anyway. They have been very helpful every time I've called with questions!
