The claims process was very easy
The claims process was very easy. I uploaded the documents, was able to check the status on the website and when the claim was completed the EOB was emailed to me.

Had to file multiple claims
The only thing I did not like was that I had a follow-up appointment with our regular doctor after the emergency room visit and the computer system would not let me upload any more files related to that claim. I had to open up another claim which should not happen. You should be able to add all documents to the existing claim even though payment was issued. thank you

Delays with reimbursement
Having a lot of delays with claim reimbursements. Direct deposit usually take 2-3 days so I have been told and I have been receiving them after 10 days or more.

delighted to speak to a real person
I contacted trupanion to find out how to file a claim. I was delighted to speak with a real person who answered my questions, provided me with a claim form and was concerned about my pooch. I submitted a claim which was processed immediately and a check was in my hands within days. I cannot ask for more.
