Best Choice me made
A friend recommended NationWide for our dog insurance. We only had it a couple of weeks and sure enough our puppy ate something he wasn't supposed to. Nice to know we were covered and could concentrate on the care our little fur baby needed.

I am the owner of a very sweet & loving 6 year old dog who unfortunately likes to punish me when I leave her alone by getting into things she shouldn't - and has resulted in more than one overnight hospital stay. I have had Healthy Paws pet insurance for about 3 years now and they have been great every (unfortunate!) time that I've needed to use them. Their app is very simple and easy to use; they are very prompt in their response times; and their reimbursements go direct to my bank account. I highly recommend them!

My dog had ACL surgery. I had numerous invoices and it was very easy to scan all of them onto the Pets Best site. I received notification within 24 hours and payment within a week. It's an easy, no hassle way to get reimbursed. Keep up the great service.

So far pets best has upheld its promise with no hidden , elusive disclaimers that one would learn after the fact. I only submit claims when my dog gets ill, which is why we purchased this policy and to date, you have upheld your promise of no hassle claims coverage when needed.

I have been with Embrace for a little over two years and have two large breed dogs insured. This has been my first experience with pet insurance and I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Embrace. Communication is easy through email and response to claims has always been quick, thorough and easy to understand. Every time I have had to call a representative, I have been treated with courtesy and professionalism. Great customer service, have had this insurance for over 10yrs for 2 Great Danes
Back when there were only a handful of pet insurance companies, it was next to impossible to find pet insurance that would cover Cancer, purebreds (even though both are rescues), and several breed related conditions. Bought through AKC, PetPartners has come through for my two Great Danes (now 15yrs and 11 yrs old!) for years. From $9k to $700 claims. One has had cancer tumor operations twice! Both covered! Customer service is EXCELLENT. You get a real person, here in the US when calling that is always cheerful and helpful. Have never had an issue with them and it's been great as their age gets up there that I can adjust the deductible to reduce the cost. With all of my claims it is also nice that they do not count the claims against you to raise the rates the following year (it goes by your location and dog age). Especially when you're dogs have had multiple over $3k surgeries each!
