Nationwide has a great staff, easy to talk to and easy to send in a claim, very impressed with the customer service.
I started with VPI with m first Keeshond-Bear-around 1998 and have been with VPI/Nationwide ever since. They have bee great to work with, customer service is outstanding, filing a claim is very easy, I've never had any problems. Thank you for helping me take care of my dogs.

Easy claim process
Moose (our Boxer) have been a healthy dog, He is now getting older, 10 years, and have developed a heart problem, common to the breed. Prior to this, we only had a few minor unplanned vet visits. The ASPCA insurance was there when we needed it.

Nationwide policy has been a life saver.
Our dog was diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia when he was under a year. He had to undergo hip replacements on both sides. The cost would have caused us to make a very difficult decision as to whether or not he could have done the surgeries. After he turned two, we found out that he has severe elbow dysplasia and arthritis on both sides, as well. He will continue to need treatments and potentially more surgeries. Poor guy... Otherwise, he's the best dog I've ever parented. Sweet, kind, loving, and playful. Without Nationwide, I probably would have had to give him up. The premium cost may seem high but it pales in comparison to the medical costs of these types of treatments.

I've had nationwide pet insurance for my dog, Maddux, since he first joined our family as a puppy. along this journey, I found that, unlike other pet insurance companies that look for any excuse to deny a claim, nationwide has consistently provided excellent coverage for Maddux's healthcare needs. As Maddux has aged into a senior dog with more medical needs, having nationwide has been so important to making it easier for me to provide the best care for him.

The best decision I made was to get pet insurance for my pets.
I have been nothing but pleased with Nationwide for my pets and they are both senior dogs. The filing of a claim is effortless and NW promptly processes each claim I submit. If I have any questions everyone I have spoken to has been great. There were no surprises in policy and everything has been exactly what was stated.

Thank God for my pet insurance!
Recently my 2-year-old cat had to have major surgery and all I have to say is thank god for my pet insurance. I highly recommend pet insurance to anyone that has a pet and would not go with any other insurance company.

All my dogs are insured!
I have Irish Wolfhounds since the 70’s And have had to deal with bone cancer with the help of NW. we take the good with the bad. NW helps with both. Wellness care and those bad things that come up. I will not own a dog without Insurance. It’s part of being a responsible owner.
