One issue with my claim
One issue with my claim for Leo is that it was delayed because you needed proof of payment instead of just the itemized bill. Makes sense, however the same partial documentation was used for my other cat's claim (went to the vet together) and there was no pushback or request for additional proof of payment and the claim was fulfilled. How does that make sense?? Please be consistent on your requests.

This is actually in regards to multiple claims I filed while for my dog Teddy. Every single claim was processed in a timely manner from the day he was diagnosed about 2 months ago until the day we had to say goodbye to him. You guys covered the cost of his surgery, chemo therapy, acupuncture to help with chemo side effects and I couldn't be more grateful. My little to Ava had an extreme intestinal issue and I was in need of taking him to that on an emergency basis. They gave us medicine and an injection came home within days of course he was perfectly well this is never happened to him before so I was very concerned the claim was sent in by my that directly to pets best and it was addressed ASAP. now that I have met my deductible, the claim process was easy. They processed right from the vet's office. I just wish the monthly premium wasn't so high. It really escalated quickly since the beginning of our coverage.
