Mumford is on his way to recovery. Stitches were taking out and he will be evaluated for physical therapy on the 29th of June. Extremely happy with Nationwide Pet Insurance claims were paid in 5 days!

I have had two claims with Nationwide. The first claim was paid out in approximately 10 days. The second claim was paid in under 3 days. I read reviews after buying the insurance and became skeptical. I stuck with it, and could not be happier.

One issue with my claim
One issue with my claim for Leo is that it was delayed because you needed proof of payment instead of just the itemized bill. Makes sense, however the same partial documentation was used for my other cat's claim (went to the vet together) and there was no pushback or request for additional proof of payment and the claim was fulfilled. How does that make sense?? Please be consistent on your requests.
