Wonderful people and a great ease of mind!
After weeks of research, I am so happy i went with embrace. The thing that set them apart is that they have a wellness plan option! They were very patient with me and all of my questions. I used my wellness plan the same day as i signed up and they have already reimbursed me 4 days later. They are absolutely amazing and I am so happy with my decision. I am able to sleep better at night knowing my baby girl is covered if she ever gets hurt or gets sick. Thank you Embrace!

It’s has exceeded my expectations of what pet insurance does especially after having one that wasn’t that great.
I had pet insurance with another company and it didn’t do what it was supposed to. Finally after reading a bunch of positive reviews on nationwide pet insurance, my family and I decided to join this network and we love it! We feel secure in having a pet insurance like this and that does what we expect it to do and more. I love the virtual vet, it has been helpful in the middle of the night when I would worry too much about whatever is going on with my dog and I would feel better being able to talk to someone online or over the phone.

Filing a claim has never been so easy!!
We adopted our dog back in early April and purchased pet insurance right off the bat, and we're so happy we did! The first few claims I filed via email/scanned the itemized vet receipts. Then I got the app and it is SO much easier. You just select which pet it's for, the vet clinic, whether it was a wellness or sickness visit, the invoice total, and then take a picture of the itemized receipt from the vet...submit it, and you're done! You then get a confirmation email, and a week or so later you'll get an email that you've been reimbursed and all that's left is to transfer the money to your account. Super easy, quick, and simple. No complaints so far!

Nationwide took care of me & expenses while I took care of my Special member of the family!

I feel like I should’ve been told up front I would need all of the dogs vet records from when he was adopted even before the insurance started. Not having all of that delayed my initial first 5 claims almost 3 months because I had to keep going back and getting more documents and start the review process all over again. I haven’t had an issue since that was taken care of and receive my reimbursements now in a much more timely manner.
