I fax a claim, get email confirm of receipt, then a couple of days another email with processing info, and voila, a check in the mail.

Trupanion saved my dog's life
The service was excellent. What sets Trupanion apart from other pet insurers is that they pay the veterinarian directly. This was a lifesaver for my critically ill dog who required 48 hours of hospitalization. If I had to pay the vet first before treatment it would be difficult.
