A lifesaver.
We adopted Milo when he was 7 years old. He was fine when we adopted him but later developed medical problems requiring significant costly vet care. The ASPCA insurance processed claims quickly, provided good coverage and follow up. I could not be happier with them.

Figo was there for Gabby!
Our wonderful new adopted dog, Gabby became critically ill from gastroenteritis. She was very weak and had to be hospitalized. I can only say thank you to Figo for all their assistance. I easily uploaded all her receipts and vet records to Figo and filed a claim. Less than a week later, the claim had been closed and the payment was sent out. Really impressed with this company!

The Best Customer Sevice!
I highly recommend FIGO pet insurance. Not only is the coverage a great peace of mind, bit the customer service, and ease of claim filing is phenomenal. All I do is open the app, describe the issue, photograph the vet bill and submit. My reimbursement is in my bank account in an average of 3 days! So easy!

Love Healthy Paws
When I got my current cat, Dido, I decided for the first time to get pet insurance. After some research I choose Healthy Paws. My cat who is not even 2 years old developed gall stones and required surgery. The diagnosis, surgery and follow-up was costly. After receiving my pet’s medical records Heathy Paws kept me informed about the review process and fully paid as per the coverage of my policy in a very timely manner. Fast, caring and supportive response to my claim.
I've had my four (4) cats insured with Pets Best since November 2018. The cost of their premiums is very reasonable, as all of my cats at that time were under the age of five. When my oldest cat, Oscar, required eye surgery recently...Pets Best was very easy to use. The filing process with documentation is easy (assuming you have a scanner) and their response time was very good. In the interim, I was always kept apprised of the progress of my claim. I did have need to utilize the on-line chat feature of their website and it helped greatly answering my questions with understandable and concise answers.

A+ Rating For Nationwide
I have two dogs insured through nationwide pet insurance. Over the years I have been extremely lucky that my dogs were never really sick, but this past year my oldest dog started to limp and had a swollen lymph node in that same leg. I was terrified that it was something serious...but through process of elimination and great vet care we solved the problem and he is well again. I was partially covered for most tests and fully covered for others. The claim processing time was not very long either. I am grateful to nationwide for making the process easy and giving this pet parent peace of mind.

Disappointed in coverage
There's nothing you can fix at this time. I was a first time GSD owner and also first time buying pet insurance. I wish that someone had explained to me that my coverage does not include hip dysplasia and that I should get my insurance from another provider that does because GSDs even though you are told by breeder their hips are fine, they aren't. I am left with a purepred GSD who has two bad hips that would need replacement and she is only 4. Unfortunately, we don't have $5000 for this type of surgery. So I have alot to be upset about. Your company should cover hip dysplasia surgery. For now, we just manage and hope that doesn't occur for a long time. Thank you. Judi Carey
