Easy to file claim
It is very easy to file a claim and they are very quick to respond. I have submitted claims after paying out of pocket and have been reimbursed without much delay. They are also always available and friendly to help with any questions. I recently had a claim filed by the vet and paid the difference. It was extemely fast!

Claims were processed and paid quickly
Trupanion responded to both the estimates from emergency vet clinic and orthopaedic surgeon for my dog's fractured femur promptly, processed the claims, and paid all within a few days. I'm so relieved that I chose Trupanion years ago.

I can't believe how wonderful Healthy…
I can't believe how wonderful Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is. Tuesday we had an expensive procedure on our boy and Healthy Paws and by Friday I had my reimbursement from the insurance. They have always been there for me big or small. Thank you Healthy Paws. Melinde Waddle

The ease of submitting an invoice is easy, that is a plus. The negative part is practically nothing is covered. I would not do this again, if I get another pet.

I'm not one to rave about companies
I'm not one to rave about companies, nor to give out five stars readily whatsoever. But Spot has been a bright spot in a world of flaky businesses. They've been incredibly easy to work with. Processing claims has been a breeze. I frequently recommend Spot to everyone I talk with about pet insurance. (Just be sure to get plenty of annual coverage. I'd have gotten 5k a year if I had it to do over again.)
