Effortless!
I am very pleased with the ease of handling my claims. First, I’m so lucky that my vet submits the forms when I ask and Nationwide’s response time is impeccable. Unfortunately my dog has had some health issues and I’m thrilled I chose Nationwide to help me keep him healthy.

Best pet insurance
My dog had to be taken to the emergency hospital on Thanksgiving where he spent three days. I filed my claim on 12/2, checks were in hand on 12/10. The communication throughout the process was excellent. I know it’s easy to feel when filing on line that you will end up in a black hole, Healthy Paws let me know where I was in the process everyday. My claims were paid exactly per my policy..no questions asked. I have two dogs covered by Healthy Paws, best decision ever.

So easy and so quick!
I'm so glad I chose Nationwide pet insurance for my dog! It takes away any 'thinking' when it comes to care for my baby - because I know I'll have help from Nationwide financially. The forms are easy to fill out and submit. The waiting time on the EOB and payments are within a very reasonable timeframe.
