Amazing Insurance for Pet owners!
Great pet insurance that will have your back! My French Bulldog Oliver was recently diagnosed with IVDD. He is a very healthy dog, but suddenly started showing pain symptoms and after a few days hospitalized in the Vet they diagnosed him with IVDD and needed urgent Surgery. Having Pet insurance helped going through such a stressful process. Is important that everyone gets insurance given this things might happen.

Over All Easy
Nationwide has been easy to use once you get through the start-up. I use the app to submit claims. The only thing I would love to see as a change would be to have a card to use instead of reimbursement. But other than that, we've been receiving the reimbursements rather quickly into the bank account. I recommend Nationwide.

YOU SAVED MY BEST FRIEND'S LIFE!!
After losing a dog to bone cancer, I decided this time around I was going to buy pet insurance. Embrace was recommended by my vet's office who said they are the easiest to work with and seem to have the best overall coverage. I have been very pleased throughout our nine years. Claims are very easy to file and the turn-around time is usually really quick. My questions by email have been answered within 24-48 hours, and phone call questions answered immediately. This past year we have had numerous health issues, many expensive tests and procedures, and expensive meds. Thanks to Embrace and $10,000 in reimbursements this past year, my dog is now healthy and stable. Everything we went through this past year had 80% coverage. If not for Embrace, I wouldn't have been able to save my dog's life. I would never consider looking at another pet insurance company. Thank you, Embrace.

Glad I purchased Pet Insurance
When we adopted our Beagle-Mix puppy we did not hesitate to get him Nationwide Pet Insurance for both his wellness and hospitalization and so glad we did. We brought him to the vets for his regular checkup and shots only to find out he had heart worms and the treatment for heart worms is not only intense but also expensive but with the full coverage we had on Scout we paid the vets bill in full and sent in our paperwork and with in a few days were were reimbursed 90% of our cost. I have recommended this company to my co workers and my boss.

I have 3 Havanese.
I have 3 Havanese. I got all 3 Trupanion as soon as we got them. So far only our 11 year old has needed to collect for her Cushings Disease. So far, so good..

I did not have any contact with anyone so I am not sure why I am receiving this.
I did not have any contact with anyone, so I am not sure why I am receiving this. I did try to call on Saturday, marked that I wanted my spot held in line and to be called when someone was free TWICE, and never heard anything back. Further, I am disappointed by the "coverage" that this company offers. It is extremely limited and not worth paying for.

I have been with Trupanion since we rescued our dog Bo over 7 years ago.
I have been with Trupanion since we rescued our dog, Bo, over 7 years ago. He has had many health issues over his life and they have made it possible for us to give him the care he needs to get healthy. We are currently dealing with a serious condition we found out about 2 months ago, and it's been extremely stressful and expensive. With Trupanion's support, we are able to focus on our time with, Bo, and getting him healthy, instead of all the costs. I cannot tell you how many times I've stated "thank goodness we are covered by Trupanion." Their invoice submission and reimbursement is easy and relatively fast. They will even work directly with Vets on costs, depending on certain circumstances. They did this for us when we had Bo's hip replaced, so we only had to pay our portion at the time of his surgery. Finally, I just cannot say enough good things about Trupanion's Customer Service Reps. They are always incredibly nice, patient, help me resolve issues, and most importantly, they always ask how Bo is doing and take a little extra time to chat with me about him (genuinely caring). Over the past 7 years I've never had a bad experience with their customer service. It's rare to find companies with good customer service these days and I think Trupanion has one of the best! We will definitely have our future pets insured with Trupanion.
