A very easy company to work with
Atlas means the world to me. I was a police officer for 7 years and possibly have PTSD, but Atlas is one of the primary healing elements of my entire life. I know she's in good hands not just with the vet we've chosen here in Pennsylvania, but with the insurance company whose claims have helped us more easily afford the visits. These guys are great. Love the ability to upload and send documentation. If it's not all there, THEY call the vet. Fast reimbursement. Customer service is superb. Wish my own health insurance was this good.

Trupanion is awesome!
When we had to take our 10 month old puppy to the emergency room we were really upset and scared. It is our first time having pet insurance, and I researched a lot before purchasing one. Trupanion was everything I read about and more. We were able to get a pre-approval as they were performing tests on our puppy. Before we left, we knew how much we had to pay. I would recommend Trupanion to anyone who wants pet insurance.

Peace of mind dedicated to my dog!
Honestly I was just about to cancel my pet dog insurance and then I had to take my dog Onyx to the vet due to a toe nail injury he had while walking in my neighborhood! I paid over $400 for the visit and since I'm not currently working, I was thinking to save money and cancel my pet insurance. I submitted the claim and it was fully paid back to me! My dog is going to be 11 years o age this month of March and I can not think of canceling the insurance knowing that I have peace of mind knowing my dog will have the coverage he may need in some near future. The customer service is one of the best!
