dis-honest claims process

- I filed a claim for an x-ray. Policy # #EP0098-6644. This was preventative to ensure the limping I noticed wasn't more severe. - The prior week I called Embrace and was told my pre-existing conditions requirement period has passed. - Embrace claim dept requested all health documentation from my vet starting from the date that the policy started Jan 5, 2026. This despite the fact that I was no longer in review for pre-existing condition.

Always great

As per usual, Healthy Paws has been great. At this point, we have been using them for years and will continue until the day our dog finally passes. They've always been trustworthy. I still always hold my breath when sending in receipts but Healthy Paws always pays what they're supposed to. They've been more like a partner than a company to us.

Happy with experience

I am glad that after getting people to attend to the claim that it was fully applied. To that it just goes to the deductible as yet, but so far I am satisfied with pumpkin for sure.

Stay away from ASPCA Pet Insurance

Stay away from ASPCA Pet Insurance, you will end up paying $97 usd a month for a long time ans when it comes time for claims to be paid they will find every excuse to not pay you. Enroll at your own risk, don’t say you were not forewarned how ASPCA Pet Insurance functions! I’ve paid almost $100 a month for over a year, just had my dog visit a vet for the first time for $177 and they said only $70 was allowed. You do the math, win win for the insurance middlemen and we don’t get reimbursed. Just cancelled AND will never go back to ASPCA.

Staying with Fetch

Good afternoon, I am writing this review in regards to my coverage and my monthly rate being raised. Before being transferred to Mr. Gerrone I was 99% sure I was going to cancel my policy and take my business to Progressive pet insurance, no matter what was said or done. Gerrone allowed me to speak freely and listened to my concerns. Gerrone was calm and had a mild manner about him. Gerrone looked into my policy and made suggestions to maintain coverage, but lower my monthly cost as I am retired and on a fixed income. I want Gerrone to be acknowledged for his exceptional work and that he alone, single handily kept my business with Fetch. Respectfully, Mr. Phil Ordonez

Very easy to understand what is covered…

Very easy to understand what is covered and what is not. Providing what I need to help in caring my kitten, particularly in terms of unexpected illness and going to urgent care.

Great Pet Insurance

This is a great insurance, easy to use, with a great return. Expensive, yes, but worth it if your pet gets sick.

Figo very strict and what they cover…

Figo very strict and what they cover and make it very difficult to file a claim for reimbursement. Made a big mistake switching from nationwide to Figo to save a few dollars. Be careful who you choose. I am searching for another pet insurance company as we speak.
