They challenge everything, so it is cumbersome to have to go back and dig up more proof to send them with each claim.
They are a pain to deal with sometimes, but so far they have covered what they said they would.

Getting Healthy Paws insurance was one of the best decisions I've made. My young dog has had two surgeries already and their reimbursement was very reasonable. Filing claims is very easy and their turnaround time for processing is very fast. I highly recommend!

I am completely satisfied with Embrace. They process claims quickly - at least thus far in my case. Any of their representatives with whom I have dealt were professional and pleasant. Have no reason to change. The first company I dealt with raised my annual premium even when I have submitted no claims - Took me only a minute to find Embrace. I like their wellness package - it encourages keeping our dog healthy instead of waiting until something serious comes along,

Nightmare getting claims paid
Reasonable costs & insurance coverage until you file a claim. They look for ways to avoid paying or to delay paying. We've had claims that they will call pre-existing conditions (when. they are not) until you dispute it and then pay it. We've had them sit well over their 30 day claim processing timeline they market. They sit on records "in review". It feels like a game to get anything processed by Nationwide.
