While she was kind I did not get any of the help I needed.
While she was kind, I did not get any of the help I needed. This I believe is a company wide problem. Taking money from pet parents, but not paying out when you really need it. Thanks Trupanion for denying me the insurance coverage to save my dogs life. I will never recommend this insurance.

Best Insurance Ever!
Healthy Paws is amazing! A claim was filed same day as the emergency operation. Within two weeks, money was already reimbursed into our account. The process was easy and straight forward. Healthy Paws even checked on our dog after the money was dispersed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for pet insurance.
