Excellent Customer Service
We have had our St Bernard insured with PEts+Us since we brought him home 6 years ago and have had wonderful service from this company from day 1. We have filed a number of claims for our big guy, with ease. We are currently dealing with a significant illness for our dog and I have had to contact customer service a couple of times in the past few days and everyone I have talked to has been extremely helpful, patient and kind through the process. I am very happy with Pets+Us and would highly recommend!

Time efficiency and helpful
The company is really time-efficiency in reimbursement. We have actually chose them since we got our furry friends in 2015. HealthyPaws is very excellent in insuring us when you have to send your babies to the hospital due to emergency. They supported me a lot when I had to send my cat to be hospitalized in emergency center. I love them!

Must have insurance because things really do happen at the worst moment
We read our policy very thoroughly once we received it, and felt sure we had good coverage for our dog, but didn't expect to need it within the first year. That's the nature of emergencies, isn't it? We submitted our claim and were so relieved when we had exactly the coverage we thought we had. No unpleasant surprises. Very prompt processing and reimbursement. Great communication too. Overall very satisfied with Healthy Paws and certainly would recommend.

They have been really good to deal with on many issues for Stella.
They have been really good to deal with on many issues for Stella. I am not particularly happy that they are not going to cover my blood pressure machine rental in the future but I will deal with that. I have to monitor my dogs pressures at home because they are always falsely elevated in hospital. Making changes to her meds based on falsely elevated high pressures could have deadly consequences.

Because Trupanion seems to be available any time of the day when I call and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Especially, because Desiree helped me exponentially by contacting the vet hospital where my pet needed urgent medical care but hospital staff were insisting I pay thousands of dollars up front; Desiree straightened them out. Because of the peace of mind having good insurance brings. It's hard enough that my dog, Molly, faced an unexpected and potentially deadly medical emergency - to not have to stress over financing is a HUGE relief! No owner should be without pet insurance. Trupanion is a very good insurance company.

Easy process.
I had a great experience. I hoarded my dog's vet bills because I thought it was going to be a huge process to submit them. I submitted 10 bills at once and it couldn't have been easier. In the future I will send them in as soon as I get them because it was so easy. Thank you!
