Worth Every Penny
Having Trupanion insurance for our dog has been a blessing since the day we got him. He is a wizard at finding inedible objects to devour (so much so the vet nicknamed him Hoover!). Knowing the insurance is there if we need it is reassuring. Plus, filing claims is simple and easy, and the money is back in our bank account within days. So glad we got the insurance all those years ago.

Immediate response from Trupanion via text when the bill was submitted. However, it is not clear when you have to update your direct deposit to get the amount via bank transfer. I ended up getting it via cheque when I was expecting a bank transfer

Highly recommend.
Everything about the experience was great. It was very easy to file the claim and I received a quick response. I was updated with every step and received reimbursement very quickly. It was so nice to not have to stress out about the financial aspect of our fur babys surgery on top of the stress of surgery. Thank you for being there for us! I have already encouraged people to get Trupanion for their fur kids. I highly recommend.

This little cutie doesn't even know it.
I am a true fan of Trupanion. My Bichon Frise, Ollie, has been treated with the upmost respect for his condition of diabetes. Ollie is 10 years old and doesn't even know he has a "condition". Trupanion has been very timely on his insulin payments. And the direct deposits makes everything so easy.

It says it takes 4-5 days to do claims longer for new claims but it’s been over 3 weeks.
It says it takes 4-5 days to do claims longer for new claims but it’s been over 3 weeks. It always seems like there is an excuse to why a claim won’t be paid when I’ve had truosnoon from 2 days after I had her.

Easy and stress free!
Super easy!!! As I was sitting in the parking lot at the Vet ER I filed my claim. It was so easy!! Also, took a lot of the worry away knowing I had Trupanion!! I heard back from Trupanion within 24 hours of my claim! I was notified each step of the way and I think less than a week later was already reimbursed and the money deposited into my account!
