Amber deserves a promotion or raise at the least. She was so helpful with all of my questions, she brought to mind situations that may need to be dealt with and also things you don't cover - super transparent as far as I know. She helped me decided to get my puppy signed up and then assisted me in doing it. Everything was easy, she was patient with all of my questions, kind and positive in her responses, and gave me the option to reach out to her whenever, even though that's not necessarily her role since she's not my personal representative.

Took many months just to get a response. And the end results was denied because they couldnt get a response from my vet office. If someone would have emailed, texted or called me to inform me they were having issues, I would have assisted by reaching out to my vet myself.

because I never get reimbursed for anything. I've spoken to many friends who have other pet insurance that get reimursed for mostly everything. The only reason I keep Trupanion is because I've already invested alot of money here.
