Customer Service reps are wonderful, friendly, compassionate and very efficient. So happy I signed up for Trupanion 13 years ago for my precious mini Dachshund we have had 3 major (very very very expensive) surgeries and thank Goodness for Trupanion worth every cent I’ve paid for the insurance.

I wasn’t expecting to get anything as we were scheduled for a dental cleaning after her previous treatments. It was discovered that another tooth had to be extracted as part of her ongoing problem with her teeth. I was pleasantly surprised to have some coverage as well as the claim was processed in less than 24 hours.

The last six months have been really hard on both me and my dog. Surgery to repair a ruptured ligament resulted in many infections and finally another surgery to remove the metal that was causing the infections. Through it all, Trupanion paid claim after claim without hesitation. Thank you for everything you did to make a bad situation better. I can't say enough good things about the service you provide. Each claim was taken care of quickly so I didn't have to worry about anything but the recovery of my dog. It looks like we're finally in the clear and things may be going back to normal very soon. Thank you so much for letting me just worry about my dog and not the bills.
