Submitting the claim and the invoices are very easy. And I didn’t have to do anything to follow up with the vet to get information…Trupanion did it all. This really helped with our families grieving as we did lose our very loved family member Lizzie during her illness and it hasn’t been easy. Thank you so much!

Trupanion is a great company to work with; however they do not cover much at least in our case.
Trupanion is a great company to work with; however, they do not cover much at least in our case. And if your vet doesn't have the Trupanion software installed, you will still have to pay upfront and send claims in to get reimbursed, making it no different from most other pet insurance brands. This was the whole reason we chose Trupanion to begin with, but our vet never installed their software.
