Sadly, I had to have my sweet dog put to sleep. It was a horrible moment and I still have a pit in my stomach. In time, I called with some questions about vet bills and to cancel my insurance on my dog. The representatives I spoke with were compassionate and professional. There empathy helped me talk through the call and get my questions answered. Claims were easy to submit and processed very quickly! Any future pets will be covered by Trupanion. Thanks

Trupanion has been a life saver thus far!
Trupanion has been a life saver thus far!! Just under 2 month after purchasing pet insurance for my dog she was diagnosed with Cruciate disease which requires both back legs to be operated on. Trupanion is covering a majority of the bill which we never would have been able to afford on our own! Getting a policy with Trupanion was one of the best decisions I have ever made and would recommend them to everyone!!
