I was very pleased with how quickly Trupanion processed my first recent claim. The deposit to my account was completed within about 10 days. However, I am still waiting for my deposit for my 2nd claim which was only submitted a couple of days after the first one and it's been about a week since the claim was approved.

Trupanion made pet ownership worry free! We didn't actually need to use it until close to the end of our beloved pet's life. Trupanion was there when we needed them. Comforting customer service.
