I had never had pet insurance in my thirty years of having multiple dogs at a time. I thought it would probably be crappy. But, my breeder suggested I might want to try Trupanion, as puppies are always getting into things. I never imagined he would require elbow surgery, but Trupanion was excellent. You are so good that a receptionist at the clinic took out a policy when she got a puppy. I will never be without it again.

I have been insured by Trupanion since 2014. Their customer service is both friendly and professional. Every claim has been processed very quickly. They always clearly explain why the treatment given was not covered under the plan. In 2020 I added another puppy to my policy. My dogs are my children. Knowing they are insured under such a reputable company has made my life much easier and less stressful knowing that whatever their medical needs might be in the future, I will be financially able to take care of them.

I've been using Trupanion for 6 years now.
I've been using Trupanion for 6 years now. I have 2 pups, both insured with Trupanion. Unfortunately, one of my pups has a chronic health issue that requires long term care and therefore frequent utilization of Trupanion. Every time I have submitted a claim it has been the easiest process. This is so helpful and comforting to know that I never need to worry about my experience with Trupanion and I can focus on getting my pup the help she needs.

Trupanion you are exceptional at taking such great care of my Shiba Inu Takara. It is so reassuring to have such a responsive & professional team that is so Quick to reimburse for claims submitted. I am grateful to know my pet has your organization to watch over her care financially if she ever needs anything. I am so glad she has had your coverage since 10 weeks old. People really should insure their new pet with you the day they bring their new pup home so there is no pre-existing conditions ever to worry about that would not be covered.
