Had trouble processing claims e-mailed from our Vet, switched over to Direct Deposit and still waiting for a claim that was supposed to be processed first but a second one came first !

Deductible Problem
All in all things went fine except that the issue my dog had has been ongoing since he was a puppy. I was told that because the last time he saw a vet for this issue was 2017 as the reason why i had to pay a deductible. This is because i know how to treat him at home. I saved myself money and didnt file claim which save trupanion money. I feel i should not have had to pay the deductible since this has been an ongoing issue with my dog.

Every claim I have submitted has been applied to my deductible (per illness) quickly and accurately. My last claim I surpassed my deductible and will be receiving my check soon. Very pleased with the response time, the ease to submit the statement through the Trupanion app and ease to look up previous claims.
