Trupanion has been a blessing as owners of a pet that has endured several costly ailments.
Many insurance companies have bad reputations but Trupanion has been a true saviour. Our senior dog Pepper (#V1056881) has suffered in the past year from both epilepsy and a collapsed trachea. She has also in he past endured several serious and costly surgical procedures. I'm not sure what we would have done without Trupanion's fulfilment of claims, in recent months, for expensive medications that have given us more time with her and joy from her. We paid into Trupanion for many years and now are reaping the benefits. These days Trupanion is paying more back to us than we are paying in monthly fees and for that, as seniors living on a fixed pension, we are extremely grateful. Your reimbursements have been prompt and much appreciated and I have no hesitation in recommending you to other dog owners.

I am Greatful and Thankful for Trupanion Our English Bulldog Tank has severe allergy and skin issues that require expensive Vet visits snd medications. Our claims are processed quickly and were reimbursed promptly. The Customer Service is the Best too. Its so nice they always answer the phone and assist you immediately. I thought it was quite a straight-forward claim form, once i got the gist of it. I liked that Trupanion emailed me with assurance that they'd received the claim, and that I need do nothing else, unless they had questions. Pretty easy!
