I’m frustrated about my claims being denied bc I mentioned my dog licking his paws on a visit more than a year prior to him developing an ear infection. Vet said likely just matting btwn toes. No further testing or concerns on her part or mine. No prior health issues identified and now have to go through appeals process due to what seems like a stretch to deny my claims. At this point, I’m wondering if the insurance is even worth it. Noreen was helpful. No issues with her.

Because when I submitted an invoice for what my veterinarian told you was an infection in the lip fold you said no it was an allergy and would not take it as part of a deductible.
Because when I submitted an invoice for what my veterinarian told you was an infection in the lip fold you said no it was an allergy and would not take it as part of a deductible. Fortunately my vet was right and the infection, after treatment, cleared up. But what if it had been a more serious reoccurring condition. Without seeing the infection or believing a colleague your vets wrongly diagnosed a problem. All I was asking for was for this infection to be credited to my deducible.

Because when I switched to your insurance for our 6 year old dog I was not fully informed as to possible issues involving prior conditions ie a minor ear yeast infection !
Because when I switched to your insurance for our 6 year old dog I was not fully informed as to possible issues involving prior conditions, ie a minor ear yeast infection ! So now she can never receive insurance for ear problems ! I highly doubt you might post a less than positive review .

Chat support always friendly, but seem to get nowhere with any claim we try. Basically get everything rejected, nothing covered and now getting notified that our rates are going up in 2022!!
